Continue to be kind to your soul and to remember that May is Mental Health Month. As COVID-19 is still a fear for many people, continue to be safe. Wear your mask, distance yourself 6 feet apart. Keep abreast of what is happening as the health experts share all their facts. Educate your family and friends.
